How do you account for countries such as China to be good actors, responsible citizens when it comes to artificial intelligence? Overall, I don't think they will be on their own. If we are the ones who are leading in AI, which I think we should continue to do, then it is easier to get our adversaries to agree to at least some minimal amount of restraint. I don't think we're going to get a lot. I don't, I don't trust China at all.
